FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very easy pricing. One price $850 all inclusive wedding package .Unlimited time and you keep everything I take at no additional charge all placed beautifully in a wedding album or as digital files .Plus awesome editing tricks that you will love. Travel if out of area and time involved in the travel is VERY REASONABLE!! I am there pre ceremony, ceremony, and reception. Yes!!!And you keep everything ..Sounds too good to be true, but it's a win- win -I am doing what I love and making a great living and you are getting a great deal, great service, and a great product at an unbeatable price. I am service oriented and help out throughout the day to keep things on track with the photography, but I will step right in if needed to pin the boutineers, help with last minute details, basically anything that needs done. I work seemlessly and coordinate with other staff such as the DJ so your day is Picture Perfect. Just sit back, relax, make the memories and I will do the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate everything they will be getting. Communicate pricing. Give out references if needed. Listen to their ideas and style of photography they are looking for. Find out numbers of bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, ring bearers, etc. Give them times we need to begin in reference to their start time of wedding and wedding party size/family size. The relationship forms from the first conversation, and I am laid back, fun to work with, and love to hear their ideas so it usually goes great. I take down all relevant information and booking is complete. I usually accept half of total fee at time of booking, yet some are insistent on paying all up front, but only half is required day of booking. THIS IS NON- REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the business, but IS TRANSFERRABLE if the date gets changed or in the case of an unforeseen emergency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At this point I have photographed over 700 weddings, and have over 30 years of experience with all aspects of photography. I learned back in 1991 from the best boss and trainer there is. I was thrown out doing weddings and it was sink or swim. I have always been an artist. When I was in 6th grade, my artwork got chosen to be put in the museum in New York for one full year. I did at least one wedding every weekend and developed a deep love for the trade. I took extensive Photoshop trainings, and learned to develop strong lifelong business relationships with multiple families. I have a vast array of editing programs that can create any look you are going for. I watch and keep up with trends, but hold to my personal style as well, as my clients seem to enjoy it aesthetically. My photography has even been featured in Maurices clothing store. I listen to what my client wants and the style they desire and that is what I deliver.
