I hired Kenya a few years ago after my former housekeeper had to quit with little notice (but for justifiable reasons). I interviewed several new applicants, and was most impressed with Kenya. She arrived on time for the interview, and presented me with a two page list of the steps she regularly takes when cleaning homes. I found her rates to be comparable to other cleaning services in the area. In the several years that Kenya has cleaned my home, I have never had any reason to complain. She is prompt in arriving, and does a fabulous job. She has rarely had to cancel, and then only for completely understandable and justifiable reasons. She is also flexible with my schedule when I need to cancel or reschedule, and she always takes my calls when I need to leave her detailed instructions. She is trustworthy, conscientious, and very personable. She is also absolutely wonderful with my pets (1 dog, 2 cats, a fish tank, and a hamster), and with my 4 year old child (and the clutter that is inherent in a household with pets and small children). I highly recommend Kenya.
