- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is per job. We take into account the length or time of the project. The skilled labor required. Supplies, travel expenses and basic marketing and operating costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to be attentive to their project request. Having over 15 yrs of experience gives us a solid foundation of knowledge, tour-guideing and trouble shooting any project hurdles or curveballs that may come our way. Its important to meet with the client and see the project 1st hand. Establishing a fun dependable report with our clients is part of the "Granite Hero Experience."
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Stone restoration actually runs in our family. Learned how to polish marble as a kid with my uncle who was a stone mason. After college my computer degree didn't appeal to my career so i decided to pursue the family trade for a living.
