In addition, I'll reconcile the bank statements to your general ledger. A bank reconciliation is extremely important for identifying lost checks/deposits, identifying bank errors (yes, they do exist), and properly managing your cash position.

As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we can determine which version of QuickBooks is best for your business needs (yes, there are many versions of QuickBooks). I'll setup your company file, so all you have to do is open it & you're ready to start using it. Of course, I offer as many training session as you need to become familiar with how to use QuickBooks. Then, on a regular basis, I'll review your company file to make sure all entries are properly recorded.
