- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I do offer reoccurring services, it’s impossible for me to commit to them before having seen the home. I also think it’s important for the costumer to be satisfied with my services before committing on their end as well. The first clean is always a deep clean, reoccurring visits are then upkeep and offered at a lower price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mother of three young boys on top of having slight OCD and an obsession with clean. I love the feeling a clean, well organized, homely house brings my family and me when it's finally time to wind down. I don't think any training could be better than good ole personal experience. :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was younger I discovered I had an interest in home improvement. I'd sneak in late night TV time to watch the vacuum and steam cleaner infomercials. The before and after of a deep clean or a fresh coat of paint is so satisfying to me. Making a house a home I suppose you could say.
