What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very straightforward about pricing, payment,contracts,and respect everyone's expectations. My price doesn't change unless the customer requests a change, then it goes up or down accordingly. No middle of the job surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually need to see the work site unless there are complete drawings, or the project is very basic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 yrs of seeing and doing everything in this business.
