Katie changed my life! Working with her has decreased my back and neck pain, lessened my feeling of stress (she great with teaching how to use your breath) and thinned my belly and thighs. She helped me discover muscles I didn't even know I had. Highly recommend her as not every pilates teacher teaches real pilates. Katie's is a well trained and caring instructor. She's the real deal.
I have been attending classes with Wendy at the Swan Dive studio since about 2013. I started there really needing to strengthen my core because of back and neck issues. I have to say I would have never believed how much it would help me. For about 2 years now I have not had any issues with my back at all. I have not had any issues with my neck in about a year. Pilates has changed my life so much. I can go back to doing things I have not done in years. Thank you Wendy so much for making me pay attention to my body and teaching me how to make my body strong again. I can't imagine my life without Pilates.
Alex was always encouraging me to push myself while being conscious of my physical limits (I have bad knees). He always made the sessions fun and taught me a lot about kettle bells and Pilates. I'd still be going if I didn't move out of state.
