- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee of $100 to diagnose the system which is waived if customer chooses to move forward with the repair with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call them and introduce myself, learn about the issue they are having with their AC unit and setup a good time to diagnose/repair the unit.
