Sal was extremely responsive and very professional. He found the problem swiftly, laid out the options and costs and gave us whatever we needed to make an informed choice. He and his crew were careful and respectful of trying to minimize trips into the house and wore masks and booties. Our A/C was up and running fast and with all our questions answered confidently. Highly recommended.

Sal came out the very next morning extra early when my AC went out. He showed me all the issues he found, explained the system, and was upfront about the charges. By the time he left I had cold air coming out of my vents.

Absolutely amazing experience. Sal was informative, knowledgeable patient and honest. I was totally expecting to get screwed over with a sales pitch for a new AC, but he gave me options and advised that I see what the final outcome would be before looking at a more expensive option.

He was able to repair the AC and I honestly felt his investment in my problem getting resolved is what sets him above the normal repair people.
