Sal was extremely responsive and very professional. He found the problem swiftly, laid out the options and costs and gave us whatever we needed to make an informed choice. He and his crew were careful and respectful of trying to minimize trips into the house and wore masks and booties. Our A/C was up and running fast and with all our questions answered confidently. Flat fee of $100 to diagnose the system which is waived if customer chooses to move forward with the repair with us.

I call them and introduce myself, learn about the issue they are having with their AC unit and setup a good time to diagnose/repair the unit.
