Introduction: Our number one service is building confidence in kids and adults through our martial arts programs. We provide traditional karate for kids and adults ages 4 and up. If you are looking to learn self-defense, get in shape, and build confidence, then we are the school for you! We'll help you stay motivated throughout your martial arts journey. Our women's self-defense courses are specifically designed for ladies who want to defend themselves without having to achieve a black belt. We offer an excellent bully presentation called Bully-do that has been used by all our area's elementary schools. This isn't just a talk; it's a cool weapons demonstration that will get your kids' attention. Every school has to have an anti-bullying program; call us to help meet that requirement for a presentation that your kids will love! We also provide karate after-school programs done right at your school. This is an awesome 3-week program that you can even use as a fundraiser for your PTO or other school-related group. Our demonstration team has performed for high school, college and even the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters during the half-time show.
