- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront and honest about my pricing and fees. On Thumbtack I will share an estimated cost based on the details you have shared, once we confirm an appointment I will arrive at your home and do a "walk through" to determine the status of the home. If I see that the home is in need of more care my price is subject to change. I will always make my customer aware of any price changes and that the final price is agreed upon before the cleaning starts. I offer discounts for reoccuring cleanings. Please inquire to learn more. *Please note that I only accept cash for time cleaning services. Thank you for understanding*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of experience working in all type of homes and commercial buildings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend inquiring about the hygiene with their cleaning supplies and what products they use. For example, ensure that they use different rags for different areas of the home, bathroom vs. kitchen to prevent germs from cross contaminating. Also, ensure that you approve the products they are using and that you enjoy the scent.
