I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
After dealing with ongoing issues with my old HVAC system, I hired this company for a complete furnace and air conditioner replacement. They were honest, thorough, and took the time to explain what they found instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
The installation crew was professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was operating correctly before leaving. They also registered my equipment warranty and are even returning to complete a couple of final details and verify the system is performing exactly as expected before closing out the job. That level of follow-up says a lot about how they do business.
The difference in comfort was noticeable almost immediately. My home feels significantly less humid, the system is much quieter than my old one, and it’s maintaining my thermostat setting without constantly cycling. They also reviewed my duct booster fans and recommended keeping them, which I appreciated because they evaluated my home instead of recommending unnecessary changes.
