- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices our lower than most. You will get the same or better quality with me, as those high price notaries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, I identify the person(s) who is on the document(s). Make sure the signer understands what is going on, in detail, before he or she signs the document. And, make sure that the signer is not being forced to sign and is in the right state of mind. All forms must be made by a laser printer. If you need a laser copied document, scan, mailing and fax services, please notify us before we arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as members of the National Notary Association, we are always taking their current classes and seminars to keep up with current notary laws and practices.
