I was beyond impressed with Paul Armstrong, my consultant and the quality of work. I couldnt believe the detail of the work, no entrance hole uncovered! Anywhere! They even secured my bbq area. Paul was very responsive and thorough. He maintained communication and continues follow up to assure the job was successful and I was satisfied! I also learned a lot about the RAT world and their habits, thanks to Paul and the rest of the crew!
