FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important for our new customers to know that we never charge a fee to come out and do an initial evaluation of their problem. On a mold remediation quote we will always provide you with a detailed estimate that explains exactly what we will be doing to remediate the mold from the affected areas. We don't have any vague or general estimates that leave a potential customer wondering what exactly is included in the quote. Everything is spelled out from the onset. On a property restoration evaluation (water damage, sewage backup, and fire and smoke damage) we will provide you with a ballpark figure of what a typical emergency mitigation cost might be. That way you can decide if your issue is worth filing an insurance claim over. Please note that this is an inspection that is based on what we can see and can be subject to change if we run into a situation that might be more complicated to deal with. If that is the case we will always communicate that issue with the property owner and discuss their options with them at that particular time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully accredited by the IICRC and follow their professional standards.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would urge all customers looking at property restoration or mold remediation services to do their homework. Our focus is to do the job right. Will we be the least expensive company on the block providing these services? The answer to that probably is no. However you can be assured that the job will be done correctly and according to all of the professional standards that are currently in place.
