- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will make an attempt to give a ballpark price before seeing the project, although that is not always possible and I would rather give you a solid price that comes from actual measurements, materials, etc… than give you a price just to get the job and then change it later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To listen carefully to what they are looking to accomplish and then offer insight that may help with the aesthetics and/or save them money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Electrician for 25+ years. I also have a B.S. in Construction Management and & Masters in Business Administration. MBA, DBIA, CMP & AIC
