The pro was very punctual and very professional. He went out of his way to diagnose the issue. After fixing TWO DIFFERENT wiring problems, over TWO DIFFERENT days, he figured out that the issue was with my appliance itself. And though, that problem was outside of his area of expertise, he explained what was wrong AND offered a referral.

It’s u fortunate that I could only pick three of the qualities to give Clarence. The man deserves all his flowers! Unfortunately my babies’ ceiling fan had broken and they had no air or light in their room and I was freaking out. But Clarence came to the rescue ! On time and patient with not just me but my kids as well with our thousands of questions. He even talked me through understanding what he was doing and I predicted that most.
