I spoke with him over the phone and we tried to troubleshoot the issue before his visit to help streamline the appointment. He arrived on time and because we took steps to figure out the issue beforehand. Finding out the hose connected to the pump was the issue. He fixed the issue and now the fridge isn’t leaking water. Plus the ice machine is back on and working. I didn’t get to take any photos, because he had me intrigued trying to help find the problem. He was definitely great and affordable.
