FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usuall charge 75 per hour residential and 85 for commercial. If another plumber can stay busy i will charge for the both of us, of not i cut his rate in half as a helper and charge accordingly as to not bill for watching time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I make sure that we are meeting at their convenience and on their schedule not mine. I also like to tell them about myself so we are on more of a friendly trend than just strictly professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It takes four long years and a very difficult test to become a licensed plumber in Illinois. With that being said im always up to learning more. I aldo have my certification s in all water heater brands service and repair, boiler installation /service and repair. Ive become a master hydronics technician for infloor and radiant heating applications. I also have my cross connection license and RPZ/ backflow testing and installation license.
