I had the exterior trim and siding painted. Octavio, was very nice, and punctual. He took the time to speak with me to best understand the job and describe his usual procedures. He was able to fit me into the schedule right away. His team was courteous and hard working. The paint job looks amazing! I am very pleased with the work. I was also pleased when Octavio walked the job site before leaving to ensure there was no work left undone. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

A&T General Construction completed the remodel of our basement just before the Winter Holiday, and we couldn't be happier. The remodel removed thick, old, ugly outdated plank paneling and replaced it with drywall. The remodel was completed in just over a week. In addition to the updated walls, A&T built shelving along the fireplace wall and inside the closets. As for the floors, new carpet was installed in the family room and bamboo flooring in the hallway.
Octavio and his team were extremely professional and kept us updated on their work. They accommodated project changes and additions. One example is when we removed the paneling and decided to replace the old insulation with new. Octavio and his team took this on and still finished the project by our deadline.
We definitely recommend.

We hired Tavi Rdgz and A&T General Construction LLC. to paint the entire interior of our 3-bedroom/2-bath home we recently purchased in Lombard IL. Tavi met with me day we closed on the house and he provided me a complete quote the very next day as promised. Also, the crew that worked in our home were true professionals. They paid attention to the details and their cleanup was excellent! I have since referred this company to a friend of mine and I heard they were happy with the service as well.

I want to drop you a short note and tell you how PLEASED we were with the way our Wainscoting Crown Molding project.
Turned out (I'll attach some pictures) "Robert kept saying Tavi's my new friend"
It was one of the easiest project I have done. They painted beautifully, and couk up perfectly.
No muss no fuss
This was a project we had been dreading for years. I wish we hadn't wait so long.
We have severals more room to do, and will be doing more business.
