I had multiple plumbers came and estimated the works for existing flood control system, most people recommended me to just replace the entire system which would cost $5000~10000. Mark was honest about the work, he came and inspected system, broke down the issue and honest about the fix for the problem. He helped me change the ejector pump and tries his best to look for a part that was outdated and very hard to find. I would rehire Mark in the future and would recommend Mark for any plumbing works.

Mark was extremely responsive to our request for services and flexible with availability. Furthermore, when he came to do the work, he was efficient, professional and most of all, patient. He explained everything to us and even put up with all my questions. Mark also charged us a very reasonable price for the emergency drainage work. Very fast in fact so fast that I feel I over paid for the repair. After researching now that the emergency is over I think he took advantage of my situation and used an inspector would make it cost more. I felt o had to pay more for that fact only.

That's false whoever this is because we intentional bid below our competitor to earn business. if a inspector came up inside our conversation that's because there where violations that you where not prepared to address like a laundry drain into a invented sump pump which is a violation. we are flat rate we discussed before any work because we can not do any work without a written authorization after a full explanation. but if you feel you've been over charge after the fact A.D ROOTER will do whatever it takes to make this right. We apologize for any confusion. our work guaranteed and warranteed.

American Drainage and Plumbing is a Flat rate plumbing company. Flat rate pricing protect our customers from undue cost based on the hourly task, for example ... A kitchen sink rodding we charge 49.00 and it usually takes up to 2 hours at flat rate our customers are covered even if it takes 8 hours when another company is charging 150 per hour.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Vocational Industrial Clubs of America was my vehicle to the construction industry. V.I.C.A was a 1982 national program design to introduce High School students to different forms of the trades. 2005 I joined the Local #2 Sewer and Tunnel miners, then in 2008 Local #93 Plumbers union out of Volo Illinois now currently serving as Local #130.
