- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With what I do prices always very. All jobs are like a snow flake. Always something very unique about them. At times I may have to give a ball park figure and I take pride on keeping very close to that number if i can control it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First being very clear on what exactly needs to be done. I may ask additional Questions and maybe ask for some pictures to be defenitly clear what it is I will be doing for you. If for some reason there was some misunderstanding or some details that may have been left out I will express it before starting. If something may cost more I will not just start the project and demand additional money . I enjoy what I do and I like to make it as easy for the customer and enjoyable as it is for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a machinist 1992 and went to school for machining 3D cad and also studied architectural design. meanwhile always having my hand in construction as a back up. 2000 I started my own remodeling company. 2008 I got my electrical license
