Introduction: What I like most about my Job is my clients transformations. I'm not just talking about their physical transformations either some clients come to me feeling depressed & do not believe in themselves fully. I push them harder then they ever thought possible bringing a new mental toughness & confidence that transfers over to other aspects of their life. Some clients have come to me being on multiple medications for high blood pressure, diabetes, etc & can barely complete simple task like walking up a flight of stairs without trouble. Once those clients loose the weight their health risks drop dramatically & are able to come off most their medications & do tasks they were not able to do before. That is what I like most about this Job. Giving people the quality of life they deserve & changing their lives around for the better! That feeling is priceless & keeps me going not to mention you meet some great people along the way, many clients have turned into friends.

AWESOME!!!! Prior to training with Keith I had been working out and losing weight for over 10 years. I decided to train with Keith because I had put on 15 extra lbs and was still working out but only seeing minimal results. He was offering boot camp in the park in my subdivision so I joined. It was the BEST thing I could have done. Every training session was different and never boring. Every time I would whine or complain he would just keep telling me ok but keep going. He never let me quit. Even though I had been working out on my own for many years this was the first time I saw definition and felt challenged. At the end of the first 6 week session (which I missed the first 2 weeks of because I was out of town) I was able to pull a car all on my own. That was one of the best things I have ever done and it felt great that I could. You can't go wrong training with Keith!!!

I started working out with Keith in august. My body had hit a plateau and I needed to take my fitness to the next level. Keith definitely takes your body there. His knowledge is immense and the professionalism is impressive. I dropped another 4 dress sizes working out with keith and am the strongest I have ever been. I can bench 85 pounds unassisted. I completely recommend KRW to any fitness level. He will work with you to take you to levels you never knew you were capable of

I started working out a few years back at LA Fitness in Naperville. Keith was a trainer and I had just started training. From day one he push me to the limits to the point where I thought I could go no further.8 years later I'm doing strength training and still training with Keith. The results are phenomenal and he really does do his research and has much to teach. By far the best trainer I have ever worked with and very understanding as well.one thing I love about Keith's training is that he always pushes you to do that extra Rep. in other words he won't let you down and he won't let you quit! A++++!

About 3 years ago and weighting 270 lbs, I came to Keith for help to loose weigh and to change bad health choices. We sat down and he helped me put together a meal plan and workout regiment. He was my trainer for about 4 months. I also joined his outdoor bootcamp which I found to be very challenging, but very rewarding. With in the 1st year I was able to drop 55 lbs and go from a 42 waist to a 35 thanks to Keith. Thanks you for helping me in my journey to build a better me.

He is always on time, very professional , keeps you motivated ,has different workouts each time so it's never boring, really takes in account what results you want and finds the best way to get you to them, so helpful and is very straightforward ! He's always there if you need help or have a question for anything! Awesome trainer !

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Back in 2007 I was convinced by the gym staff where I worked out I should get a job there since I spent so much time there.They could tell I was really passionate about it so I was hired on to sell gym memberships. Although I was happy about working in the gym I soon realized I did not want to be a "salesmen". I decided to expand my knowledge & get certified so I could continue my passion for the fitness industry & help others reach their goal like I did for myself.
