FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical retainer fee for a new divorce or guardianship matter is $2,000 if the residential custody of children is not an issue. If custody is an issue, it can be higher depending on the facts of the case. There are typically no upfront fees for personal injury cases as they are taken on a contingency basis. Our typical fee for a residential real estate closing is $350.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free initial consultation either in person or over the phone where we make an effort to answer questions potential clients may have and educate them so that they do not feel overwhelmed by the legal system.
