In an hour session, your body will be subjected to a huge variety of physical challenges, such as Cardio intervals, Weight Circuits, Punching & Kicking, Military PT, TRX Suspension training, Plyometrics, Core Concentration & more. This style of training, because the body can never fully adapt to it, yields constant, measurable results! And we do measure results - weight and body fat% regularly to ensure that you're progressing toward your goal
I enjoy seeing people's physical appearance evolve. I have a client with a degenerative lung condition who would almost get winded walking across the room when we started. Now he's actually running short distances! I just began training a 300+ lb high schooler. With no capacity for exercise, we train 3x a week for 30 minutes a session. After 3 weeks, he's already lost 5 lbs! Helping people improve their lives is a reward without parallel.
