From the start, Roy was professional and thorough—he came out, gave us a full survey of the issue, and clearly outlined a plan of action. What really stood out was the execution. While we were out of town, Roy handled the entire job flawlessly. We came home to everything perfectly done—not a single thing out of place. Roy did an excellent job framing our hallway windows. He was very thorough and didn’t rush the job at all. He was professional and came prepared with all of the right tools and materials. We will definitely hire him again to do more projects around our house!
