From the beginning Jeff was fabulous. I was nervous about the potential of a sales presentation, as I have had some bad experiences in the past; Jeff respected my time and gave me a fast and fair quote with no pressure, which I appreciated. He was responsive, timely, and answered my questions. The work was completed in a timely matter and kept the work area very clean. What they quoted was what they charged. I can already tell the difference in the temperature of my house and I am glad I found this company. I would definitely recommend and use them again. I will also say that competitors didn't display nearly the respect or professionalism that Jeff did, so for me it was a no brainer.

This team was very professional. From the initial appointment to the actual visit. Jeff was very responsive, professional, and friendly. Prior to the appointment, he called to confirm and also texted me to let me know when he was on his way. They clearly value their customer's time. They were one of the only companies that returned my calls and emails. Thank you for the for the five-star service!!!

The person who came out was very nice (Jeff?). He barely went into the crawl space and came out and said it would be $4,000. (I wanted batting insulation and they don't do that. I was specific when I filled out my request). So, I asked what it would cost to do just a wall of the house, where it's cold instead of the crawl space. $2000. I called a friend and he went into my crawl space and said it isn't an insulation issue - your 3 heating ducts fell down and the return air housing is rusted out. Koala never went far enough into the crawl space to discover what the real problem was. I chose to contact them because they were local and family owned. I would NEVER recommend them. It seems like their only concern is money. This is why you go out for several quotes.
