Emilio canceled on our event the DAY OF a few hours before hand; instead of him coming, he sent his girlfriend who was not an experienced photographer. I did pay her less than we agreed on considering she wasn’t the one I scheduled and I never even had a chance to see “her work.” Although very kind and courteous, her photography skills weren’t there, which was disappointing bc this was the first time all of my family had been together in several years and I relied on her for capturing a special day for us and the pictures did not turn out nicely. Additionally, after the fact, she told me it would cost extra to edit the photos, which wasn’t discussed in our initial consultation. We would have been better off just using our phones.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I try to provide a low rate for now because even though I might prove great results. I do not have the greatest equipment to truly prove myself as well as price any higher at the moment.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always want to know the person im working with on a personal level. I love to chat and become acquainted with the client I'm working with.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a certificate in business, my mom taught me everything in film and Photography. I took classes on Media Production and Photography.
