- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow the food trends very closely, stay up on our certifications, and attend shows and seminars which benefit our profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both Melissa and I were born and raised in the hospitality industry. When we found each other we knew this was something we would enjoy doing together.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In-home personal chef services where we cook for the clients and serve their guests. We also do all the menu design and clean-up afterwords.
