We had storm damage to our roof and siding that we entered into a claims process with our homeowners insurance. After much back and forthh with insurance and a lot of miscommunication, we had two contractors back out due to the hassle. We were fortunate to get into contact with Bill from Rapid Response as he was very patient and understanding throughout the claims process. Not only did he help explain everything we had going on, he was instrumental in helping us get everything that was damaged to be covered. He clearly explained our options and walked us through how it would all work out. Once everything was straightened out on the claim end he and the crew got scheduled asap and they came out to do the job. They were swift and professional in the work and have completely transformed our home. We get a lot of compliments on how the house looks and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Between Bill and his colleague Bart I had constant communication every step of the way. They were extremely helpful to us and salvaged what was turning into a nightmare. They do amazing quality work at a fair price. The only regret was not finding them sooner.

rapid response installed a brand new roof complete with tear off on our house and a 2 1/2 car garage in just one day. the roof looks great . Bill and Bart were focused on customer service making sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied , their crew worked very hard to complete the job and did an awesome job on the clean up, all around pros, I highly recommend !!!!!
