Juan of Nikas Heating & Cooling responded quickly to my call. He inspected my HVAC unit--which was emitting a "whistling" sound--and remedied the issue with a simple adjustment. Afterward, he spent several minutes advising me on care and maintenance, providing great tips and proposing inexpensive ways to get maximum performance out of my unit. I plan to hire him again shortly in order to install a thermostat. I give Juan and his company a huge thumbs-up.
