The technician (Juan) was very knowledgeable on trouble shooting my AC unit . He diagnosed the issue , completed repairs in a timely manner . I would definitely use this service again hands down !!

Juan arrived on time ready to complete the job. I have been in the rental business for quite some time, and can tell you that it was refreshing to have someone totally professional to show up, ready to explain to you exactly what needs to happen with your unit, and ready to make all repairs right there on the spot. I had a rental unit totally without heat because of a burned out sensor, within minutes the repair was done and my unit was left running efficiently, since Juan was already at my building, I had him inspect another rental unit. I now know the complete status of both my units, as we end 2024’s brutally cold winter. Juan gets 5 stars for the education he gives alone!

I had a busted laundry dryer (Frigidaire all in one stack). It was spinning but not heating, Juan came out and was able to diagnose the issue and then tell me what was needed to fix it. He had to leave to get a part but was able to give me clear time windows which helped immensely (wound up fixing same day). Pricing was very fair and everything was restored back to normal. Wouldn’t hesitate working with them again!
