Consultations: A detailed walk-through of the home, including a prioritized list of recommendations and enhancements to make the home appealing to the maximum number of potential buyers.
Seller occupied physical staging services: Personal assistance with packing, rearranging and decorating in preparation for showings and open houses.
Vacant home staging services: Turn-key staging services, including furniture and accessories. We own our inventory and have only elegant upscale excellent condition pieces. We turn vacant houses into warm inviting homes!
Accessory packages: Staging accessories and placement to enhance existing home furnishings. We come in and place your furniture and add our accessories to create beautiful rooms.
We provide additional services, including painting, updating, flooring selections and discounts, color consults, and we make sure your colors all work together, and we work with the photographer to make sure your online photos are "Staged" as well.
