- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Until further notice, we will need an available table, chair, and tub/sink if needing a bath. Since it's summertime, we can set up in your garage, on your patio or porch, or inside your house. We take health seriously so we will wear masks unless you tell us otherwise. We have sanitation procedures before, during, and after service. Takes up to 3 hours for small and medium sized dogs, varies for larger breeds. Message me for any questions or concerns.

PetSmart Grooming Academy Graduate in 2015, been in animal Care since 2012
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please let us know if your pet has extreme anxiety or exhibits aggression so we are prepared :)
