- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should always be accurate and if not should be specified in estimate. Sometimes things are not clear until uncovered but again should be detailed in estimate so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out for a free detailed estimate to see exactly what is needed. Some things like cleanings are excluded from this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all trained and certified in masonry and or chimney work.
