Introduction: Crossroads Counseling Services, LLC is a private practice licensed by the State of Illinois to provide individual, family and group counseling services in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. “Crossroads” has been in operation in Minooka, IL., since April, 2007, and is owned by independent businesswomen Angela Solis, LCPC, CADC and Jeanne Decker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Three additional locations have since been added to meet a wide range of therapeutic needs: Morris, IL (October, 2008), Ottawa, IL (May, 2010) and Joliet, IL (September, 2010). This practice is committed to providing the highest level of quality care and professional services, and is dedicated to preserving client rights, dignity, and patient confidentiality.
