I had an excellent experience with Ezra and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith. He came out to rekey two door knobs and install a new keypad deadbolt. Everything was tested and working perfectly before he left. Later that day, the deadbolt started acting up, which wasn’t his fault, but he still went above and beyond. He first FaceTimed me to troubleshoot the issue, and when that didn’t fully resolve it, he came back out after hours to make sure everything was fixed. Ezra was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and didn’t leave until he confirmed everything was working properly again. It’s rare to find someone who stands behind their work with that level of customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable locksmith who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Ezra!

Ezra's service can be summarized as 'generous' the entire way through the process. He called me within 7 minutes of me putting a request into thumbtack, spoke with me on the phone for about 30 minutes diagnosing, asking questions, giving me options, and steering me down a path to service based on my answers. When he arrived he was thorough, professional, quick, and transparent. His price was fair with no negotiation necessary. I'll be using him for any and all lock needs in the future. Ezra from Stargate was truly phenomenal! He was prompt in responding and walked me through what I would need to get to ensure the lock was working the way I wanted it to work. The install was quick and efficient and he ensured I knew how everything worked before he left! He was even able to make me duplicate keys on the stop. I would absolutely hire him again!

Ezra is very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. Took time before the appt. to help me understand what I needed and during installation walked me through what he was doing then made sure I was 100% set up with the lock's app and features.     We work with all type of customers from residential to commercial properties, cars and trucks. Lock fixes and replaced,new car keys.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Customer purchased a new house. scheduled with me to come and re-key all his locks so he can have new keys that no one else has. we met at the house within 45 minutes. I rekeyed 8 locks in about an hour and half. The Customer Got his new keys and was happy.
