- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a free consultation. This creates an opportunity to learn more about one another and to ask questions. I get an opportunity to learn more about the potential client and what makes their business special, and the client gets an opportunity to ask me questions to see if I will be the right fit for the job.
