Daniel was great. Very informative. He pointed out areas where the furnace may need future maintenance but did not pressure to do any of that work now. Also, they were able to get parts quickly and had our heater working again within the same day as their initial visit. Would definitely use them again for HVAC work.

My furnace stopped working, and on top of that I needed to replace my thermostat. It was a stressful situation because the house was getting cold very quickly. TruePrice responded fast and scheduled a technician without delays. The technician, Voron, was absolutely amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He performed a full diagnostic, clearly explained the issue, and showed me what was wrong. The problem turned out to be a faulty inducer motor, which was preventing the furnace from operating properly, along with an outdated thermostat. The inducer motor was replaced, a new thermostat was installed, and everything was done carefully and efficiently. After the repair, the furnace started working perfectly and the house became warm again. I really appreciated that the technician took time to explain how the system works and what to watch for in the future. Great service, honest pricing, and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend TruePrice to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service. Thank you so much for the great work.
