We live in Medinah, 60157, we had no air, air handler did not function, condenser did not function. Placed a call to True Price Inc and they sent a service technician out within a couple of hours. Technician Alex arrived and immediately started to diagnose the problem and found the solution and resolved the issue. Very fair price, and we are back up and running with the AC running cold. Alex explained everything and was very professional. If you have an HVAC issue I highly recommend you give them a call.

They were super responsive and professional. Our air went out on the hottest day of the year and they replaced our AC, and stayed until 11:30 PM to make sure we didn’t have to spend another night in the heat.
