I can’t say enough positive things about Patriot Maintenance, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I spent 3 months calling around to over 10 asphalt companies trying to get estimates and the only person that would return my call and do what they said they were going to do was Patriot Maintenance. We worked with Scott, who is one of the brothers who own the company. He is a gentleman when it comes to speaking with, working around, and work ethic. We ended up changing our plans on our parking lot from a grind and pave to a complete removal and replace with no problems. Our industrial warehouse is about 80,000 sf with constant traffic. We have had so many comments from our workers, customers and vendors about the exceptional quality of the paving and safety throughout the entire process. He is an extreme perfectionist and won’t leave a job until the asphalt looks like glass. I can’t tell you how fortunate we are to have worked with him and I honestly believe there is no one better in the industry.
Patriots top notch crew has gone above and beyond what was expected of them. I would highly recommend Patriot Maintenance to anyone in need of a parking lot maintenance.
