I love,bringing Hope and Healing into people's lives that have experienced debilitating depression, anxiety, eating issues and trauma. I am an experienced clinical and somatic therapist, and for those that want to I include spiritual healing as well I have been trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR therapy to treat trauma. I have also many years of working with individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addictions. I also work at a residential treatment center for women and girls. I love helping others find renewed joy and hope.
