FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal hourly rate for shorter coaching programs and ad-hoc consulting practice is $150 per hour. My 12-week coaching program investment is $1,500, which is a discount of 20% off my regular rate. Participants in my 12-week program also receive continuing discounts for renewals and other products or programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a complimentary conversation, so an interested individual can get to know me and I can get to know them. During that conversation, we explore the client's ideal future, touch on what's true now, and begin to articulate how we might go about closing the gap. Real coaching occurs during this conversation, though the specific purpose is for both of us to determine if working together is the right fit. If we proceed, we often start with a 12-week coaching agreement, the sessions for which occur weekly or bi-weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business and an MS in Psychology. I've earned and maintain professional coaching certifications, including a PCC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a CPC from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I also have training from the NeuroLeadership Institute in results-based coaching. Most coaches I know their learning process through formal training as well working with their fellow coaches to continually hone their craft. I am no different - I especially like to work with other coaches as they are my teachers and keep me aware of a fundamental truism: Every interaction is an opportunity to learn and an opportunity to teach.
