- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm able to travel to your location or notarize documents in my office. For my remote service approved by the state of Illinois and good for nationwide use, I have a flat fee of $25 for the first notary stamp, $8 for each additional stamp, and $5 for each additional signature. If you need a witness there is a fee of $10 per witness. Once the session is complete your notarized document will be emailed to you. For loan closing services I charge a flat fee of $150. This can be done remotely online, in my office, or at the location of your choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified from the Loan Signing Service (LSS). My NNA certifications consist of Illinois State-Required Notary Public Training and Exam, Notary Essentials, NSA (Notary Signing Agent) Certification Training and Exam, and Signing Agent Essentials: A Beginners Guide to Mastering Loan Signings. I’ve also completed: Digital Depositions Training & Certification, RON Signing Agent Training and Certification, RON Advanced Training and Certification, Remote Online Notary RON Essentials Training Course, and Handle Any Document Type Confidently.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many documents do you need notarized? How many signatures? Do you need any witnesses? What type of document is it?
