What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before getting started it's important to know that my listing price doesn't include any studio fees! I give a $50 discount every fourth photoshoot with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend either a phone or video call to get to know what the client would like to accomplish with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a class in school on Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
