Justin responded to my request for a CPA through thumbtack and was able to give an upfront and reasonable quote for services this tax season. When it came time to file the taxes, he followed up and set up an account to file online. I uploaded my documents and the taxes were filed within 24 hours. This was such a smooth process compared to what I’ve had done before with other companies, and I look forward to continuing business in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently offering a 10% discount for new clients through October 31, 2025! We use a fixed pricing structure for both tax & bookkeeping services. Tax is one lump sum payment, and bookkeeping is monthly recurring payments due on the 1st of each month. Catch up & clean up bookkeeping jobs are one lump sum, however.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to know what your needs are and how I can best help you reach them. After that, will send over a private link for you to upload all of your documents to (if necessary), and I'll get to right to work. E-signing is done remote as well, along with payment beforehand. Digital copies of your tax returns will also be sent with a secure password.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Accounting with Honors from Lewis University, work experience as a property management bookkeeper, tax season intern, and staff accountant at a tax accounting firm. Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) that scored exceptionally well on the tax portion of the exam.
