- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate. We DO NOT charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll make it as simple as possible for our customers. We'll provide link to install a piece of software to allow us to connect into your computer. Each time you open the software, it will generate a new code. You'll provide the code to us to allow us to join. The code is a once time code, so we can only access your PC just once, unless you provide us another code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified in CompTia A+, Network+ and other industry leading certifications. We're always staying on top of our learning and provide top of the line support.
