- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and honest. I give free estimates and walk you through everything upfront so there are no surprises. Every project is different, so I like to see the space first before giving a solid quote. I also try to work within your budget when possible, and offer discounts to repeat customers and referrals as a thank-you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a quick phone call or message. From there, I schedule a time to come take a look at the project in person. Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll give you a clear estimate and timeline. If everything looks good, we lock in the dates and get to work. I stay in touch throughout the process so you always know what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my knowledge comes from over 17 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, construction, and home improvement. I’ve learned from doing the work myself and working side-by-side with other skilled tradesmen—everything from drywall and flooring to plumbing and electrical. Every job has taught me something new, and I bring that experience to each project.
