Illya and Alex did a wonderful job on removing and replacing our old (rotten) small deck!
Illya was responsive and gave us estimate quickly. They showed up bright and early as planned and completed the project as promised.
We will be using Illya also for other needed outside projects this summer which will greatly improve our enjoyment of our property.

everything about Standard Build is very good. Knowledge of
construction and framing, finishing, connections, etc. was
very professional. I would recommend. Re-built my front porch
which was very old. Did all new framing, banisters, and flooring, listened to exactly what i wanted and did it with high workmanship. Very happy.

Being formally involved in the trades, I was looking for someone to do some work at my home that I can no longer do because of my age and physical condition. I am very critical and picky, but It was a pleasure working with Illya. He did a great job and showed up when was suppose to. I will definitely be calling him back to do more.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ilya for some drywall and painting around my home after the installation of some recessed lighting by another company. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work. Not only did he do a great job on my ceiling, he took great care to cover my floors and furniture and cleaned up before he left. He was very communicative and timely each day. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will definitely use him for future projects.
