- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic returns - $80 Basic returns with itemization - $85 Sole Proprietors/ Self-Employed - $90 Returns w/ Rental income, depreciation - $110
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet in person, either at my place or the clients house, review the tax documents from the previous year. I have all clients fill out a detailed questionaire that will usually help identify other documents the client might have but didn't know they needed, then I will input the appropriate figures into the computer. Together we will review the output and e-file. If the client has forgotten something or wants another professional to review the work, we file only when they are comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education each year. I subscribe to several professional organizations.
