Introduction: William H. Metz & Associates, Inc. is a firm that exclusively provides real estate valuation and consulting services. Our goal is to provide professional, prompt, and quality services to our clientèle. Our firm was established in 1972 and has a wide range of clients, including banks, savings and loans, individuals, attorneys, relocation/transfer companies, mortgage companies, insurance companies, and governmental agencies. We primarily cover a territory which includes Cook, Will, and DuPage counties, south to Kankakee, and east into Lake and Porter counties in Indiana. William H. Metz & Associates, Inc. has an experienced staff that includes appraisers who are designated with the Appraisal Institute, appraisers who are State of Illinois and/or State of Indiana general certified or State of Illinois and or State of Indiana residential certified. All of our appraisers meet continuing education requirements, all have testified in court, and all are experienced as expert witnesses in litigation relating to condemnation, zoning, tax appeals, estates, and divorce.
