Michaelle Dvornik performed the "wonderful" job of putting together my son's 30th birthday DVD. I have to say I felt I put alot of pressure on Michaelle because I did not give her alot of time to prepare this. I was so impressed, along with my husband and the rest of my family, but to see the happy tears in my son's eyes, was priceless. Michaelle went above the Quality of Work, Beyond my expectations, and I have to say she just took my breath away with the final product. It was so personal and perfect, so much more than I ever expected. I watch it all the time and my son does also. After viewing this, all my nieces and nephews requested this gift for their birthdays. Michaelle is a true, talented, person with a big heart!! Thank you Michaelle!

Michaelle shared with me that she had the ability to make something special for us if I would share with her some information and our still photographs from our the time of our wedding celebration and honeymoon. I was eager to see what she could do and pleased to offer something special as a surprise to my new bride. I didn't quite know what she was capable of creating. My wife was and continues to be thrilled with Michaelle's way of making use of our photographs and assembling them with music, words (scripture and inspirational phrases) as well as custom backgrounds to unfurl our story on which we can beautifully reflect and concisely savor. It is our unique story of a very special event that took place on what is now for us - and for both of our families - a very significant day in our history. We're able to rekindle the joy of that specific time and share the blessing of Michaelle's work with other people who care about the story of how we offered ourselves to God by offering ourselves to each other. As God continues to bless us and our love, we're able to associate the people and events through images with His love for us and our love for each other through this unique prayer composed by Michaelle's skills, everyone who shared their gifts, vocation, presence, photographic skills, hospitality, cooking, baking, musical talents and dancing, their blessings, their smiles and their joy are brought again to mind and heart in this lovely way. Michaelle, through her abilities and her company, Grin For Life is now part of our history, too. It was so easy and she is so thorough and easy to work with! My wife and I met Michaelle and Peggy about a year ago at a community event in Oak Lawn. Grin For Life had a table at the event to promote their products and services. Along the table there were hand made coasters with sayings pictures poems etc. As a business owner I thought it would be a great idea to have my company logo printed on coasters to promote my business. I got 6 of them made up for my office and my staff and clients loved them. They brought a new feeling to the conference room. I have been using Grin For Life ever since. As of today, they have helped my business with thank you gifts, personal greeting cards, baby gifts and the list goes on and on. My wife and I have also been using Grin For Life for our personal family gifts too. I had them make up 6 coasters for my wife's birthday with pictures of our family. For Christmas, we ordered several personalized gifts for family members including an 8/10 picture tile of all the grand kids for my parents. Currently we are in the process of designing an apron for my brother in law. The gift possibilities are endless, the prices are affordable, and the ordering process is painless. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date on latest developments in video, animation, pertinent software, webinars, etc. We join networking groups that help our continued education in our field, as well as set aside specific time for R&D. We also know the importance of social media, and stay current with trends, rules, see what's working, evaluate what's not working anymore, and make adjustments and suggestions to our clients accordingly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our prior work was in project management and VA work, and we used to give as gifts (for free!) our videos and personalized motivational products as a "thank-you for working with us" to our clients. The videos and other products were such a hit, and we were giving so much joy (and feeling such pride) as a result of giving these gifts, that we knew it was what we needed to do for our business.
