- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have separate pricing packages for personal and business videos, as well as our personalized products, such as photo-to-wood panels, aprons, hot pads, bookmarks, keychains, etc. Our website shows all the details, too many to list here: www.GrinForLife.com
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date on latest developments in video, animation, pertinent software, webinars, etc. We join networking groups that help our continued education in our field, as well as set aside specific time for R&D. We also know the importance of social media, and stay current with trends, rules, see what's working, evaluate what's not working anymore, and make adjustments and suggestions to our clients accordingly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our prior work was in project management and VA work, and we used to give as gifts (for free!) our videos and personalized motivational products as a "thank-you for working with us" to our clients. The videos and other products were such a hit, and we were giving so much joy (and feeling such pride) as a result of giving these gifts, that we knew it was what we needed to do for our business.
